Develop budget based on analysis of operating and accounting reports for a garment distributor with overseas production plants. Analyze accounting records to determine the availability of financial resources. Conduct cost analysis and provide advice on fiscal allocation. Make recommendations on budget adjustments in accordance with budget needs or changes. Monitor organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget. Seek new ways to improve efficiency and increase profits.
