Statistics Researcherinvolves carrying out research using online sources and international databases, to update the numerical content of theEuropa World Year Book, which covers political and economic information on all the countries and territories of the world. The online version of the book can be viewed atwww.europaworld.com.Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have:
- a strong numerical aptitude and preferably a Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics or Statistics.
- an aptitude for online researchand data collection
- excellent written and spoken English, and a fine eye for detail
- Interest in world affairs and proficiency in any international language would be added advantage
- prior experience in research or publishing would be preferable, though not essential.
- a candidate from any other discipline with the requisite numerical aptitude would also be considered.
