- Senior PMO candidates with excellent Project Management Office experience with 10-15+ year total IT experience.
- Experience with large multi-year, multi-vendor programs with Banks and Financial institutions
- Experience of end-to-end PMO activities / Experience of leading the PMO group or groups of PMOs
- Guide definition and creation of critical path, including dashboard views
- Assist in plan creation including integration of each workstream plan into overall integrated plan
- Support creation of E2E critical path incorporating plans from each team
- Inform teams and coordinate data from both upstream and downstream dependencies to guide overall plan creation
- Aligns closely to control tower scope including PMO, governance, and reporting
- Synthesizes state of the program to provide periodic executive readouts and comms across the org
- Manages overall measuring, tracking, and reporting of execution progress, integrated plan updates, and change requests
- Identify and optimize dependencies within plan to manage critical path
- Identify program level risks, issues, and coordinate resolution across workstreams
- Support change request management and maintenance of capacity status and burn-down rate
- Prepare exec level meeting materials, coordinate meetings, set agenda, coordinate follow-ups, and action items
- Support periodic executive meetings and ensure program level decisions, risks, and issues are understood and actioned
- Risk/issue identification, understanding, development of remediation plan, and leading delivery of remediation
- Manage relationship within focus workstream, including periodic exec communications covering milestone management, progress reviews, and facilitating alignment on key decisions
- End-to-end PM assistance to support delivery roadmap and implementation plan. Includes requirement reviews, project planning and plan updates, risk assessment, dependencies, issue escalation, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Support workstream leads on execution of program management activities including governance standards, meeting cadence, and recommendations to address risk and issues Key deliverables :
- Standard metric reporting and analytics
- Process optimization, design, development, continuous improvement
- Regular executive summary, project status, progress reviews, including program and team level outlook and detailed plan for next 1-2 sprints along with high level long term (1-3 months) timeline
- Coordination of total program Product Increment planning sessions with leadership and functional teams to develop and outline short and long term (3 month) epics, features, and stories
