Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience who thrives in a dynamic, standalone role. Responsibilities Include:
Supervising all employee relations, including handling investigations and any potential claims
Managing training and compliance with a thorough understanding of OSHA standards
Maintaining accurate attendance and PTO records for all employees
Assisting with accounting, accounts receivable, and FedEx bills
Handling various administrative tasks
Requirements
As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and maintaining compliance as per company policies and regulatory standards.Qualifications:
3-5 years of Human Resources experience
Fluent in Spanish
Experience with ADP Payroll and Benefits
Knowledge of OSHA standards
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
