We are unable to sponsor at this time."Support IT Quality & Compliance Lead, IT system administration & maintenance and IT applications support in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment (Enterprise Level, and Standalone Systems both)Document activities per effective procedures (SOP) and policies, use of appropriate and effective forms in timely mannerPerform activities like adding or removing approved and trained users to specific roles within the system/application, ability to extract user lists and system audit trail history to be reviewed by Business System Owners, IT Compliance and Quality Assurance during internal audits.Help in trouble shooting application and operating system layer connectivity issues, performance issuesSupport published schedule for systems periodic reviews and cutover plans for system upgrades, connectivity, change controls, execute on Implementation Plan and support Change ActionsCommunicate and work collaboratively with the assigned project teams, complete training assigned and support business system owners, IT Compliance and project team when needed Experience:Minimum eight plus Years of professional experience in system administration of enterprise level systems and stand-alone systems (Blue Mountain, Veeva QMS, Manufacturing and Labs Systems in GMP areas like Empower, AKTA, UNICORN, MFCS)Experience in GMP business applications end to end connectivity for end users in the GMP areas and non-GMP areas bothAbility to quickly ramp up on required internal training, before performing activities, quick learner and produce results delivery under tight timelinesAbility to multitask and excellent oral and written communicationProactive, team player and problem solver Kofi Anim917.514.9808
