Role: Audit Business Support Location: Montvale, NJ (On-site)Duration: 11+ Months

Job Description Candidates with previous experience in usage of CLARA application will have an added advantageThe objective of the Business Support & Operations group is to enable member firms to drive audit quality and innovation by successfully supporting applications and functionality in line with Global Audit’s strategic targets.

Core business support activities: Responsibility and leadership for end user business support in assigned tracks of Methodology, Sampling, Framework, etc.

Understanding of Audit processes and previous experience working on Audit based applications is a must Development of customer facing guidance and communications relating to issues raised by end users/engagement teamsDelivery of internally developed training for assigned tracks Triage and initial troubleshooting of functional / business inquiries submitted into Audit Business Support queueHave a curious mindset, propose solutions and insight on complex topics (such as Substantive sampling, Advanced Capabilities and other innovative analytical routines) following a methodological approachParticipate in internal meetings with other workstreams, including Application and Product development tracks to discuss audit application inquiriesPrioritizing, categorizing and providing solutions for issues raisedParticipate in external meetings/calls with the country business and IT resources on key issues raisedCollaborate with country contacts for researching and responding to batch inquiries coming out of training sessionsUnderstand and support country validation testing efforts post release as a point of contactLeverage support expertise to help Audit application and functionality leads understand implications of development priorities, as well as to identify and address gaps in communication, guidance, or alignment between Audit and member firmsIdentify and anticipate member firm major concerns and feedback regarding the major products released by Serve as an advocate within the Audit organization for member firms to ensure early and continuing alignment of internal development priorities with member firm needsLiaise with other Business Support team resources, including offshore business support resources to understand and share common questions and issues reported from other regions and member firmsDevelop a deep understanding of Audit applications and functionalities, as well as member firm business and IT requirements and challenges, and formulate and execute support strategies which result in successful member firm issue resolutionHave an understanding of all of the initiatives being developed and actively promoted by Global Audit to ensure that a comprehensive view is taken when working with the countries on their support strategiesIdentify continuous improvement opportunities in processes, tools, templates, and share best practices.
