Kelly Services is currently seeking Senior Engineer - HYBRID for one of our top clients in Mahwah, NJ.JOB TITLE: Senior Engineer - HYBRIDINDUSTRY: Medical DeviceWORK LOCATION: Mahwah, NJDURATION: 12 Months (Temporary / Contract)JOB DESCRIPTION:HYBRIDB.S in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline with 3+ years experience. Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Excellent InterpersonalSkills; able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Must have strong knowledge of:Manufacturing processes, materials, product and process design
Complex engineering drawings and geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Design for manufacturing (DFM) activities
Working with suppliers and leading tasks independently
Inspection development and inspection protocols
PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP and PPAP generation associated with product transfers and launches
MSA and GR&R studies for new products and new processes
Provide engineering support for new product and process introductions (NPI), ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the new product development procedures. Experience in an FDA regulated or regulated industry beneficial.
