We are an owner-operated company dedicated to providing a seamless, white glove service experience to our clients. We help to establish cleaner, greener, renewable energy consuming homes. We are looking for the future leaders of our new community outreach program.
As a Lead Generator you will:
Memorize and recite sales script to pre-qualified homeowners
Display knowledge of solar to be able to sway opinions
Be able to answer questions regarding the steps and intricacies of what our company has to offer.
Build urgency and peak interest of pre-qualified prospects
Teach homeowners about the benefits of going solar
Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our solar experts
Meet and exceed company quotas and personal goals.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Responsibilities: Keeping schedules, obtaining qualified prospects for a no out-of-pocket solar program, maintaining product knowledge, as well as script/pitch knowledge.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation.
Need to be comfortable speaking with strangers and be able to handle rejection.
Strong communication skills, positive attitude and management skills is a must.
Must have good organizational skills, attention to detail and be able to navigate technology ( tablets, smartphones )
Ability to work outdoors
Ability to walk and stand for long periods

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
