Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-store/online sales performance, customer satisfaction, store organization and employee work schedules. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities
Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
manage store employee's productivity and performance
Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
Oversee stock and store operations
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent experience
Customer centric with a positive attitude
Language required - English
Retail Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday: 10 am - 7 pm
Friday: 10 am - 5 pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 10 pm - 7 pm
