Small business looking to hire a secretary part time or full time

Hi I have a small business in plumbing services I'm looking for someone to take over the office no need for doing phone calls if your not comfortable with it but I need you to b on top the billing book keeping etc anyone can do it no need for experience (I can teach you) but experience is preferred
