Bookkeeping / Marketing Assistant
I am seeking one person to run small remodeling company office that has two areas of work. Hours would be 8:30 1:30, Monday thru Friday. .
Position one, Bookkeeping, would handle all related work for A/P, posting all vendor invoices and reconciling vendor statements, printing checks. For AR, invoicing all new customer projects with budget projections, job costing reports for each project, entering customer payments. Prepare all payroll reports for outside P/R company, checking account reconciliation and more.
Position two, Marketing Assistant, would handle all incoming phones, set up appointments for salesman, lead tracking analysis, maintaining multiple customer data bases, preparing presentation literature folders, arrange for periodic mailings, completing construction permit packets and more.
This is a small office environment and you would be working primarily by your self. Send copy of resume with past work history experience and where would you be commuting from.
