Personal/Office Assistant – Part-Time M-Frida 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Description:
We are a fast-paced building consulting firm looking for a reliable and highly motivated Personal and Office Assistant. The position begins part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role. We are willing to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and use a computer program to file NYC DOB and other city permits (training provided)
Handle daily office operations including managing communications, tracking permit filings, preparing documentation
Answer phones, manage emails, coordinate appointments
Assist with task follow-ups and multi-step project tracking
Perform data entry and keep electronic records organized
Multi-task efficiently in a high-demand, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications:
Must be computer-savvy and quick to learn new programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on multiple tasks
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay focused and productive with shifting priorities
Hours:
Start at 25 hours/week (Part-Time)
Potential to grow into Full-Time based on performance
