The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including overseeing customer project timelines, coordinating communication, and performing other key functions related to our customer processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track customer project progress from start to finish
- Communicate with customers to ensure project milestones are met
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks related to customer processes
- Maintain organization of customer files and project documents
- Assist with other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong technology skills (familiarity with office software, project management tools, and basic CRM systems)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
