Job Description
We are seeking experienced Solar Installers to join our team! As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing solar energy systems with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and batteries
Work safely and efficiently on rooftops and ground-mounted systems
Ensure proper wiring and electrical connections comply with codes and regulations
Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of solar systems
Work collaboratively with team members to meet installation deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements:
Prior experience in solar installation or a related field preferred
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Knowledge of electrical systems and basic hand tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
