We are a growing commercial landscape and snow removal company with several locations throughout the Tri-State area. At the moment, we have about 200 commercial locations going out to bid around the state of New Jersey. Payment is made two weeks after the snow day.
What Types of Equipment Were Looking For?
- Truck with Plow: Starting at $100/hr.
- Front Loaders : Starting at $150/hr.
- Backhoe with or without Snow Pusher: Starting at $150/hr.
- Skid Steer with or without Snow Pusher: Starting at $130/hr.
- Ventrac or Sidewalk Machine: Starting at $75/hr.
- Snow Blowers or Snow Throwers: $50/hr.
- Shovel Teams: $30/hour (Small and Large teams needed)
- Truck Salters: $125/hr
What Are The Properties?
- Shopping centers (small and large)
- Storage facilities (ex: Extra Space, Public Storage )
- Big Box Stores (ex: Best Buy, Kohls, Costco, Home Depot, Lowes)
- HOA & Apartment Buildings
- Warehousing (medium-large)
- Office Buildings
- Banks (ex: Bank of America, Chase)
