Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license

- Comfort with daily use of shovels and hand tools
- Positive mindset and ability to inspire team camaraderie
Daily Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a technician to check, repair, and adjust irrigation systems
- Master the operation of irrigation controllers, valves, and low voltage electric systems
- Manage irrigation notes, billing, and materials with precision
- Engage with the office, management companies, and homeowners daily
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain the truck in a tidy, professional manner
- Handle manual labor tasks and occasional heavy lifting
- Communicate effectively and work harmoniously with the team
Schedule:
- 8-hour days with overtime opportunities
- Weekend work available
- Paid Holidays and PTO Days
Compensation:
- $18-$23 Per hour
- Job Bonuses
- 40-60 Hours a week available
