We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects by efficiently transporting materials and providing general support to our on-site teams.
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate trucks to transport construction materials, equipment, and cabinetry to and from job sites.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including verifying quantities and obtaining necessary signatures.
Loading and unloading materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
Provide general support to on-site construction crews, including assisting with setup and cleanup, organizing materials, and fulfilling ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, tools, and equipment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment, often weighing up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of construction materials and equipment is a plus.
