"The Loft Steakhouse opened a new branch in Lakewood NJ it is a state of the art restaurant, and is looking to hire 2 Top-Notch Servers, 2 Top-Notch Bussers and 1 Top-Notch Bartender immediately. We are a Fine Dining/table cloth Kosher establishment.

Respond only if you have full availability Sundays through Thursdays and are able to start Training.
Perks:
Work days are Sundays through Thursdays (4pm-approx 11:30pm)
You:
1) Must be extremely reliable.
2) Must be very professional with a passion for Service.
3) Must be (pretty) fluent in English, able to speak and understand English.
4) Must be available all 5 days(Sundays through Thursdays)
5) Must have Valid ID/SSN
6) Must be a hard worker, willing to do side-work and go the extra mile to help other members of the Team.
7) Must be a fast learner, and willing to adapt to change.
8) Must be able to handle 6+ tables in your station in a calm and composed manner, not wearing your nerves on your sleeves.
9) Must be able to control your station and Busser in a professional and courteous manner.
We:
1) Are a family and work well together. We don't have a quick turnaround of staff.
2) Are passionate about Service and expect you to be as well.
3) Know that our menu is not cheap, that's why we need Top-Notch service professionals.

1) You are a two table Server or Busser.

5) You can't handle volume, while keeping it very professional.

Sorry for the bullet-points. But, for those of you who have been working at Restaurants for some time, you'd understand why I had to be so specific in this Ad. Top-Notch staff are few and far between, almost non-existent these days. There are still a few out there, and we are looking to hire YOU!
