What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
Strong knowledge of grill, sauté, broiler, and prep stations
Ability to follow recipes, plating standards, and kitchen procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Culinary school training is a plus, but not required
