Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, counters, and seating areas.
Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and cleanliness.
Educate customers on menu options and make recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle transactions and operate the POS system.
Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Prior barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
