Bridge Marina is seeking responsible, motivated and accountable team members who are interested in joining our customer service-centric, hospitality-focused team to provide luxury boat rentals and our premier Boating Club at our newest location in Highlands, NJ! Multiple opportunities available; we train and develop high-performing candidates that match our team values. All openings have potential for career growth.
We work outside in the fresh air, on the water, with fun people to deliver a unique and exceptional boating experience to our clients. Our work days are exciting and engaging, as well as financially rewarding. We offer a great wage and incentives!
We are seeking additional teammates who are:
Responsible, motivated and accountable;
Friendly and interested in helping others;
Interested and able to work 25 hours per week or more, primarily on weekends and summer holidays;
Interested and able to perform physical work outdoors.
