We're looking for a part-time bookkeeper/administrative assistant. Prior experience with desktop accounting software a must. Must be familiar with accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, general ledger and overall business operations. This position also includes general office duties – responding to inquiries, answering phones, filing, etc.
Days: 2- 3 days/week, Monday - Wednesday preferred. 16-20 hours per week.
This is NOT a remote position.
Qualifications:
3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant/bookkeeper role.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Must be computer literate with experience working in Gmail, Word, Excel.
Knowledge of Sage 50 or QuickBooks a must.
Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral & written communications skills.
Must be a team player who gets things done efficiently.
