CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing telehealth NJ-based organization that is looking for their next Accounting Analyst. An individual with past accounting and financial analysis experience is a huge plus.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$36/hr - $38/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for senior accounting duties and will take on ad-hoc analysis and reporting responsibilities. Senior Accounting and advanced Excel experience are needed. The Accounting Analyst will need to have the ability to work in a team setting. 4 - 6 years of experience in general accounting with advanced technical skills is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING ANALYST:
Month-end reporting and closing.
Assisting with the monthly reconciliation process.
Accounts receivable and accounts payable experience.
Supporting new software implementation.
Ad-hoc financial analysis
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE ACCOUNTING ANALYST:
Month-end reporting experience.
Excel (Vlookups and Pivot Tables) experience.
Financial analysis experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE ACCOUNTING ANALYST:
Advanced Excel experience.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field, is required.
