Job Description: Position Summary Lead Oracle Developer required to support Client Correspondence team. Will be required to support application development work. Team member will be responsible for coding / debugging Oracle stack, including Stored Procedures, tables / associated programs; participate in testing and user validation, and moving elements into production within LOB standards. Applicant will also participate in Agile ceremonies, and will be responsible for updating stories / Epics when applicable. Candidates must possess passion for producing high quality software, solving complex problems, and working collaboratively across technology and business organizations to deliver solutions. Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications. Required Skills 7+ years of hands on software development experience using Oracle, scriptingExperience with Agile methodologies and teams, including bitbucketGood interpersonal communication skills for technical and business conversations.Good analytical skills to break down requirements and solve complex problems.Proven task management and leadership skills.Self-motivated individual and a team player.
