We are looking for
Production Support Engineer for our client in Jersey City, NJ Job Title: Production Support Engineer Job Location: Jersey City, NJ Job Type: Contract Job Description:- Need to ensure that production is protected and being monitored.
- This person would create Business Continuity planning documentation, Backup and Recovery Planning and Testing, Disaster Recovery planning and documentation, User Access Management and reporting on all Incidents and Problems.
- Reports to Product Manager and supports multiple Product Oriented Delivery (POD) team(s).
- This person would ensure Level-1support with the POD performing Level-2 support.
- CRM and all integrations of CRM.
