We’ll enable growth and progress together.Role:The Loan IQ Technology Business Analyst Lead is responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way in coordination with the development team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. Citi is executing a multi-year technology initiative to upgrade our core accounting and servicing application for its Agency, Non-Agency and Bi-lateral Lending businesses globally to support growth and strategic objectives. The technology stack transformation includes migrating to the Loan IQ platform and exiting current product processors supporting the businesses. This role requires a have deep industry knowledge in the core application processes and configuration capabilities of the Loan IQ platform, while also considering the needs of Citi businesses.H/she will have effective communication and diplomacy skills to influence internal partners to deploy the most effective solutions. Ability to focus on details while achieving higher level objectives is critical to the success of this role. The resource will take a lead role in driving execution across Loan IQ production support, enhancements, analysis, configuration, migration, and testing efforts.Responsibilities:

Technical BA Lead within the Loan IQ Core Strategic Functionality Program

Define and Implement creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high-volume applications in partnership with business partners and stakeholders.

Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards

Manage multiple initiatives and applications across geographies for lending technology.

Contribute to formulation of strategies/processes for Product Road map, Development and Governance and contribute to defining standards and new automation initiatives.

Develop communication to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas and external customers.

Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources.

Appropriately assess risk of business decisions made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

Loan IQ platform expertise, with strong background in Loan IQ functionality.

Deep Loans domain knowledge in a large financial services organization including deal booking mechanics, corporate actions, payment systems, and credit agreements acumen

6 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis

Agile experience preferred.

Proven diplomatic and analytical skills. Persuades and influences colleagues, management, clients and stakeholders through excellent communication, interpersonal and diplomacy skills.

Ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs.

Subject matter experts in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas or products.

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
