Strength of ideas trumps position on an org chartWork with other top-level talent solving a wide range of complex and unique challenges that have real world impactExplore and develop with modern technology stacks to find the best fit for each software solutionResponsibilities:At least 7 years experience in software engineeringRecent/Active experience with Golang.Experience developing for or architecting distributed software systems (use of message queues, scalable compute and storage, etc.).A high level of comfort with Unit Testing and its associated methodologiesProven experience building and maintaining data-intensive APIs using gRPCExperience:Demonstrated proficiency with GoExperience with protocol buffers and a RESTful approachExperience with: Google Cloud Platform, Google Kubernetes Engine or KubernetesExperience working with Google BigQuerySkills:Strong skills in at least one general-purpose programming language (Go, Java, C#, Python, backend Typescript, etc)A proven ability to build and maintain cloud based infrastructure on a major cloud provider like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud PlatformFamiliarity with creating and maintaining containerized application deployments with a platform like KubernetesStrong understanding of relational data models (RDBMS/SQL, query patterns and optimization, etc.).
