- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Perform requirements analysis
- Design solutions by translating business requirements into technical language (e.g., potentially as "stories) for developers to build
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members which includes technical team, stakeholders, and management to ensure understanding of requirements
- Perform quality assurance on solutions provided by developers to ensure the solution meets the needs and requirements
- Document test cases for the purpose of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Coordinate UAT with the appropriate stakeholders with objective of obtaining sign-off
- Create training materials and maintain procedures
- Conduct training sessions for user community after releases and as needed
- Serve as a liaison between technical team and all stakeholders
- Provide support to stakeholder user community to ensure continued successful use of the application including writing reports/dashboards
- Monitor deliverables
- Stay up to date on the latest business process and technology advancements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Math, or other technical degree
- 5 years experience as a business analyst
- 3 years experience on the ServiceNow platform as an administrator of 2+ applications
- Proven experience in Service Management process design.
- Proven experience in Scrum or Agile Methodology
- Expert organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Strong Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
- Ability to decompose high-level information into details
- Facilitation skills to assist gathering requirements in workshops
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
