Position: Hadoop Snowflake Developer

Location: Iselin, NJ/Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Client Industry: Insurance Industry

Job Responsibilities:• 7+ years of work experience with Business Intelligence/Data-warehousing products, specifically with installing, configuring, and administering Big Data products along with knowledge of Snowflake and other peripheral Data warehousing and ETL technologies• Hands-on experience on Big Data Vendor products from Cloudera, Hortonworks, Pivotal, MapR, etc.• Hands-on knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hive, Hbase, Zookeeper, Spark, Storm, etc.• Infrastructure architecture experience, including hardware sizing, effort estimation and security design• Experience with implementation of Snowflake cloud data warehouse and operational deployment of Snowflake DW solution into production
