- Design, execute and deliver marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, eMags and a variety of print and digital graphics
- Communicate with internal clients and colleagues
- Maintain an organized queue and workflow
- Leverage existing design templates
- Propose new designs with a variety of visual possibilities
- Consistently and accurately uphold brand standards
- Strong layout and typography skills
- Elevated design aesthetic
- Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Open to taking direction: revisions are an opportunity to grow!
- 6 months to 1 year design experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop
