We need YOU!Where the chemistry happens…GB’s Transportation Management (TM) and Distribution Network Management (DNM) are Regional Service units that provide Transportation Management and Warehousing services/solutions to all Business Units operating in the US and Canada. As a NGBA Transportation and Warehouse you will own the service offering for all railroad operations. As service owner, they will be accountable for service levels, service offering strategy, and logistics providers management. You will be responsible of managing and coordinating the implementation of Senior Project NGBA for both services, and you will ensure that the project's goals and objectives are met by the services in the region. This will be accomplished by effectively communicating requirements between the core project team, Divisional Units and the Services. In addition, this role will be responsible to ensure that these requirements are met via their own assignment or the assignment to others.As a NGBA Transportation and Warehouse Manager, You Create Chemistry By

Ensuring that action items, tasks, and assignments are completed on time and in full as well as coordinating and leading all cross-service requirements and gathering requirements of customers and own organization towards future processes. You will serve as the key interface between the Services, Operating Divisions (ODs) and core project team for disseminating information and requirements.

Using your project management skills to drive change, focus on innovation, new services, and digitization strategy and execution.

Managing all NGBA budget activities which includes time allocation for the teams and validating costs are properly charged on a monthly basis.

Supporting process design based on requirements and ensuring efficiency in service delivery and customer focus.

Supporting project tasks such as: Cut-Over, develop/deliver trainings to service delivery organization, Hyper-Care.

Communicating with transportation management and warehouse professionals that collaborate with 3rd party vendors, customer service, and site logistics to deliver high NGBA project satisfaction. You will also regularly communicate and align with stakeholders in customer and own organization.

If you

Have a BA/BS in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics, Business Management, Engineering, or Information Technology.

Possess 7 or more years in SCM, or related fields with demonstrated project management skills.

Possess technical & professional knowledge in: Supply chain management / process knowledge, SAP, operational order management, transportation management, warehousing management, and vendor relationship management.

Have effectively managed/operated in a cross multi-divisional and multi-functional project.

Are able to work under deadlines to develop and deliver Sr Management status reports.
