Graduate Trainee Program 2025 (2-year)

Program Details:The Graduate Trainee Program is a custom-designed 2-year talent development program for all recent graduates which bring various opportunities to develop the most advanced knowledge & skills to map the path to success to become the pipeline of key positions.During 2-year journey, you would have chance to rotate in different functions of either one of department - (1) IT Department; (2) Human Recourses Department; (3) Chemistry & Physical to develop your career. Job rotation will be at least for 6 months in each function to ensure trainee to gain hand-on experience.Career Development:Experienced staff and Senior Management will be appointed as mentor to coach, share insights and provide guidanceProvide on the job training to gain hand-on experience to understand the business and operationGo through in-house/external training to nurture technical knowledge and soft skillsUpon the trainee complete graduate trainee program successfully, the trainee will be offered a position which match their interests and competence
