In this role, you ensure that commitments are met, and serve as the point of contact for Mondelz International Business Services.How you will contributeWe at Mondelz North America (US and Canada) has been on the digital transformation journey for few years now, we are looking for a strong leader who can carry on and accelerate our journey for Sales function. The role will be focused on our Sales but have wide opportunity to influence the entire commercial agenda (Sales, Marketing & eCommerce). The role will be focused on continuously pushing the organization on the edges through digital technologies, realizing technology implementation while at the same time embedding those changes in the business.The role will work across and partner closely with the Digital Experience tower leads in Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce/Digital enablement, Marketing Excellence and digital innovation to drive progress across key must win areas within strategic Digital workstreams to: 'fix the basics', deliver best in class experiences and transform the culture.Key Activities:
- Partner with business leaders to demonstrate the value of digital technologies and driving key differentiating initiatives.
- Understand and influence business priorities (Sales), and translate those priorities into technology needs and roadmap.
- Activate MDLZ digital agenda adopting to local market needs and principles
- Provide thought leadership, leveraging knowledge of trends and culture to become the go-to resource for all digital topics in sales area across the region.
- Champion strategic and data-lead thinking within the organization so that we build knowledge around consumer and customer data, value potential and activate initiatives
- Establish and measure critical KPI's demonstrating the value of digital and specific activations.
- Understand market trends, innovation and needs, advertise digital strategies, contributes to roadmap and Portfolio
- Integration and Agile Project Management / Regional Needs & Direction
- Responsible for supporting the digital delivery in close relations with business teams, Product teams, and externalserviceproviders.
- Work with Global Sales Product Managers (retail, RGM) to manage suggested updates and user feedback for productimprovement
- Continuously upgrade own technical skills as well as keep up to date withSalestechtrends, to understandand influence selected applications' architecture and supportinginfrastructure

- Experience using Agile delivery methods and advanced in program/project management and have large & complex project management experiences preferred
- High level of maturity and strong leadership skills are necessary to interface and manage stakeholders at a senior leadership level.
- Ability to lead and coach others. People management and development skills are required.
- High level of energy, with strong collaboration and persuasion skills
- Responsible for digital transformation agenda, paralleled with business transformation.
- Responsible for high level of adoption to all applications.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Business Administration
- 3-4years recent hands on experienceinSalestech and eCommerce
- Experience in Salesforce.com (CG cloud), combined with cerfications is a major plus.
- Working experience of delivering major Salesforce.com transformation projects.
- Technologists by background. Has experience of building solutions leveraging digital ecosystem, knows the digital journey and understands digital levers impacting business.
- Working experience of analytics projects a major plus.
- Awareness of DSD process is added advantage.
