Description If you have experience in Bathroom or Kitchen Design, this might be an excellent opportunity for you! We ideally looking for someone with prior showroom experience or a very strong understand of bathroom/kitchen and installation that could sell products and advise customers properly.Mon-Fri schedule is a big perk! + Salaried position WITH benefitsRESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner.

Assist customers in making informed design choices that align with their personal style and functional needs.

Recommend appropriate products based on customer preferences, spatial limitations, and design objectives.

Accurately quote prices for selected products and services.

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience throughout the buying process.

Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and emerging design styles to provide expert guidance.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the installation process and how it may impact product selection and customer expectations.

Input customer orders into the system and provide regular updates on the status of orders, ensuring transparency and communication.

Manage the collection of payments and necessary documentation from customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

Proven experience in a showroom sales or relevant role Proficiency in sales consulting and customer service Familiarity with various types of sales software and platforms Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Proficient in MS Office and relevant software Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong understanding of sales performance metricsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
