Capstone Logistics is looking for On Call Independent Contractors/Owner Operators with vehicles 2013 or newer for Grocery deliveries to residences in the Trenton, NJ area to the North Shore areas. If a driver is called in they will be expected to deliver 2-4 orders per hour from Store to Door. No Shopping! No unattended Deliveries! All deliveries are Local! The desired candidates must meet all the basic job requirements. Owner Operators encouraged to apply!
Route Shift Open: On-call, Friday-Monday.
ON-CALL Hours: 7am-11am (Guaranteed Pay for being on-call)
If you are called in, hours will vary from store to store but will be between the hours of 9am-8pm.
Pay: $160-300 daily (Contractors can expect to make between 14-24 orders if called in) + Tips + ADDITIONAL BONUS FOR BEING ON CALL.
Providing Excellent Customer Service is a must!
Vehicles must be provided by the contractors, we do not provide them
Easy Requirements
18 years of age or older
A valid driver’s license and current insurance
A CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report
Ability to meet vehicle requirements (Driver must be listed on vehicle Insurance)
Must have and be able to use a smartphone
Heavy Lifting required daily
All vendors will operate their own delivery vehicle. Stable routes and pay.
No call/no shows, Call-outs with no coverage will result in termination.

Fees: All IC’s are subject to various Start-up/standard industry deductions. A few examples highlighted below.

On average, Fees can go up to/beyond $40/week per I/C.
