We are seeking highly professional courier and transportation contractors to provide routed and on-demand delivery of documents, prescriptions, and packages across New Jersey including Union County, Mercer County, Hudson County, Passaic County, Morris County, Atlantic County, Camden County, Gloucester County, Salem County. Routes will be actively filled between now and October 1st.
✅ Requirements:
License: Must be 25+ years old with a valid NJ driver’s license in good standing.
Insurance: Maintain minimum $300,000 Combined Single Limit Commercial Vehicle Insurance, with additional insured COI
Vehicle: Reliable, roadworthy vehicle that meets NJ inspection requirements. Photos and proof of inspection required.
Business Status: Operate as a registered business entity in good standing (EIN required).
DCN Membership: Active membership in the Delivery Cooperative Network (DCN) is mandatory, including compliance with all DCN requirements. If not currently a member, we can provide additional information for consideration.
Technology: Must use our Driver App at all times when transporting shipments for scanning, proof of delivery, and real-time visibility.
Required Certificates: Annual HIPAA (for specialty medical and pharmaceutical deliveries).
Professional Standards: Maintain uniforms, professional appearance, and courteous customer service.
Performance Standards:
o Next-Day Delivery effectiveness 97–100%.
o Delivery Instructions Accuracy 97–100%.
o ETAs/Delivery Window effectiveness 97-100%
o Adherence to daily pickup schedules
o Completion of end-of-day trip sheet procedures.
Safety: Clean driving record; MVR reports will be run semi-annually at a minimum.
Compliance: Must follow Key Deliverables, including safe handling of shipments, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
