Job Responsibilities:
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate ownership of tasks. You must be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and solving problems without constant supervision.
Hands-On Training & Growth: Start as a helper and quickly work towards running your own service truck and leading a team.
HVAC & Remediation Services: Perform air duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, mold and smoke remediation, and other essential services.
Leadership Development: Work closely with senior team members to learn and develop the skills necessary to manage projects, mentor new technicians, and oversee job sites.
Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to ensure excellent service delivery and a positive customer experience.
Mechanical & Problem-Solving Skills: Operate and maintain specialized HVAC cleaning and remediation equipment. Troubleshoot and solve issues on-site.
Physical Requirements: Comfortably work in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces, behind appliances) and safely use extension ladders up to 30 feet.

Requirements:
Experience: At least 1 year in home services or customer service is preferred.
Self-Starter Mentality: Must be proactive, driven, and able to manage tasks without being micromanaged.
Mechanical Inclination: Basic knowledge of mechanical systems is important, and a willingness to learn HVAC-specific skills is essential.
Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 75 lbs, work in tight spaces, and climb ladders.
Customer-Focused: Must have great communication skills and enjoy interacting with clients.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for operating company vehicles.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
HVAC Experience: Ideal but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate with the necessary skills and attitude.
