Park Hill Apartments in Washington NJ, is currently looking to hire another knowledgeable maintenance technician to join our team.

Apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC certification a plus, Scheduled work hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm. However, to provide the best possible service to our residents, you will be included in a 24-hour emergency maintenance " on call rotation".
Must have basic hand tools, reliable transportation. valid driver's license as well as pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
