Responsibilities:
. Field inbound support requests by email, chat, and phone
. Troubleshoot customer and platform issues
. Maintain web application platform
. Assist sales in renewing support contracts
Qualifications:
. Experience in providing tech support
. Excellent telephone skills
. Excellent communication skills
. Experience in managing Windows workstations, servers and web servers
Pluses -
. Database and SQL knowledge
. Web programming knowledge
