Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing used vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-ups.
Provide detailed information about vehicles, financing options, and warranties.
Negotiate pricing and payment options with customers in a professional and transparent manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, promotions, and market trends.
Handle test drives and ensure a positive buying experience.
Process necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required to assist our diverse customer base.
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
Basic knowledge of financing and vehicle registration is a plus.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
