Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales and management team
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
Maintain and update customer records and sales data
Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-up emails
Schedule tours, meetings, and maintain event calendars
Assist with social media postings and light marketing tasks
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or sales assistant roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and work independently
