Residential Community Relationship Manager P/T
Location: Old Bridge, NJ
Hours: Mon-Thurs 11am-4pm
Pay: $30/hour plus $2000 per land acquisition (goal is approx. 30 per year)
Description:
Maintain, develop, and manage relationships between developer and residential communities, mainly over the phone and using CRM. The candidate will be expected to produce new deal-flow while being highly organized.
Requirements:
-ability to make many phone calls daily
-residential real estate experience
