In need of full time, super for one residential building in Bound Brook, NJ
- Hands-on ability to maintain building mechanical systems
- Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, janitorial, and general apartment turnover work
- Directly perform all maintenance and cleaning duties as required by management
- Maintain a high quality of workmanship
- Implement preventative maintenance programs as required by management
- Proper Tenant communication-On Call for after-hour and weekend emergencies (gas leak, major water leak, heat and/or hot water shut down, etc.).
- Must live close by
The company will provide a competitive salary. Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
