Responsibilities

Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
Assist with filing documents and managing office supplies to ensure a well-organized workspace.
Support administrative functions including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes and improve overall efficiency.
Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy in communications and reports.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
