Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Electrical Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for permit management, answering phones, and providing backup support for managing leads platforms, and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all electrical permits and licensing requirements in compliance with regulations.

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, inquiries, and messages in a professional and courteous manner.

- Provide administrative support and assist in managing platforms as needed.

- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure seamless office operations.

- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to permit management and office operations.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external communication.

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in office coordination, permit management, or related roles in the construction industry.

- Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific tools.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented approach.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
