Job Description:
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will be responsible for determining how to best service the customer. You are an essential support specialist that would be expected to provide a top-notch customer service experience by quickly and efficiently servicing the client. You will serve as the link between our clients, the crews and our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of the daily office functions while maintaining the world class customer experience we pride ourselves on.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a healthy and positive attitude that contributes to our exceptional “family” work environment
Manage the inflow of calls from new, current and returning customers
Understand the functions of all departments to determine who would best service the client’s needs
Serve as the initial contact for clients who are requesting quotes and enter basic information into the CRM
Manage the certificate of insurance (COI) process from request to delivery
Monitor and track reviews - requesting, tracking and reporting
Monitor and maintain our Referral Rewards Program
Maintain a move calendar/schedule
Maintain a work/availability schedule
Process deposits and payments as necessary
HR Functions (i.e. Onboarding New Employees, Maintaining Employees Files/Records, etc.)
Payroll and Bookkeeping
Maintain, manage and order office supplies, print materials, merchandise, etc.
Support and maintain vendor relationships and contact information
Learn and maintain our company policies, procedures, CRM software, and processes
Plan and schedule Events, Celebrations and Outings
Participate in required scheduled meetings and continuing education opportunities
Perform other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative office experience
High attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications
Familiarity with CRM platforms and/or the ability to learn new technologies and software
Ability to build rapport with clients
Personable, friendly, positive and upbeat phone communication skills a MUST
Compensation: $18 to $21 per hour to start, based on experience
Employment type: Temporary Summer/Part-Time to Full-time
