Window Cleaning Technician – Jersey Strong Pressure Washing LLC
Location: New Jersey (Multiple Service Areas)
Pay: $200/day + tips (Paid Training Provided)
Jersey Strong Pressure Washing LLC is now hiring a reliable and hardworking Window Cleaning Technician to join our expanding team. We specialize in window cleaning, power washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning throughout New Jersey.
Job Responsibilities:
Clean windows using a reverse osmosis DI water-fed pole system from the ground
Perform residential and commercial power washing and soft washing
Clean gutters using ladders or accessing rooftops as needed
Help with commercial-grade Christmas light installations during winter
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude
Requirements:
Must have a reliable truck or SUV capable of transporting equipment
Comfortable using ladders and working on roofs
Must speak both English and Spanish
Strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
Experience is a plus, but no experience necessary — we provide training
Must be available Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work (Saturday & Sunday) depending on demand
Important Notes:
This is not an hourly position — if you’re looking for a 9 to 5 job, this is not it
First week is paid training, considered a trial period to learn the job
