We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a commitment to quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
Label packages clearly and correctly for shipping.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist with inventory management by keeping track of packed items.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling materials.
Requirements :
Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving packages as needed.
Basic math skills for counting and measuring items accurately.
