Licensed Plumber & Electrician to Partner with

Thank you for your interest in working with us as a subcontractor on our upcoming project. Our growing family-owned company specializing in interior and exterior commercial renovations in apartments, hotels & and nursing facilities is looking for insured subcontractors from all trades as we are expanding in central NJ.

We have various large apartment communities where we are doing interior renovations between 4–10 units per month. Our company is going to be doing work in central New Jersey. We are going to be doing 200-plus apartments and are looking for a plumber and electrician who can pull permits for us for a fee or do the work.

Work consists of:

Option 1:

Pull permits for us.

We will do the work and you handle inspections (plumbing or electrical). We assume after a few units; our Project Manager can meet the inspector. These are all the same unit types.

Our budget for each permit fee is about $150 per apartment.

Option2:

If you can do the work (we need fast turnaround time), our budgets are as follows:

Plumbing: (disconnect kitchen, dishwasher, sink, faucet, disconnect toilet and vanity. Replace shower valve, put it all back together)-$500/1bdrm, $700 for 2 bdrm (Labor only) +permit cost

Electrical: (replace all lights- 1kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2-4 throughout unit, run new wire for microwave to panel 20 ft, rough in under cabinet lights, replace all plugs and switches in unit)-$500/1bdrm, $700 for 2 bdrm (Labor only) +permit cost
