We're Hiring: Basement Waterproofing Technician
Hey there! We're on the lookout for a hard-working Basement Waterproofing Technician to join our crew. You'll be working throughout New Jersey and Philly, helping homeowners with basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, and more.
If you've got experience in construction, general labor, landscaping, trades, or home services—you’ll probably fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Loading and unloading materials at job sites
Setting up and cleaning up each day
Digging and filling in holes or trenches when needed
Lifting heavy stuff
Using a jackhammer
Standing and walking for long stretches
Doing tough physical work, sometimes in less-than-perfect conditions
Crawling into tight spaces
Tackling whatever other tasks the supervisor needs help with
Must-Haves:
Valid driver's license (you’ll be driving from site to site)
The Physical Side of Things:
This job definitely keeps you moving. You'll be lifting up to 50 lbs, working on your feet most of the day, and doing a lot of physical tasks—so being in decent shape really helps. Expect to bend, crawl, carry, dig, and sometimes squeeze into tight spaces (hello, crawl spaces). You'll need good coordination and solid stamina to keep up with the pace. If you don’t mind breaking a sweat, you’ll do just fine.
